• How long will it take to complete my order? 
Your order will be complete in 7 to 10 working days, once you have signed off on your final proof for the order.
• What format do I need to send my artwork in?
Artwork is best sent in an eps vector file for the best results. If you are unable to supply an eps file we may be able to work with other options, this may involve a surcharge to re-do the logo to the correct format. Artwork can be emailed to info@alpromote if less than 5MB. If over 5MB please supply artwork on disc and post to us - PO Box 618, Ingleburn, NSW 1890.
• Is there a minimum order? 
No job is too big or too small, although orders may be more cost effective the larger the quantities.
• Idea in mind but just can’t find that particular item..
If you have looked through our website and still can’t find that item you are looking for, please get in contact with us. I’m sure that we will be able to source the item for you. If we still can’t find that item, then an indent order maybe an option. Indent orders are completely made to your specifications. Indent orders are generally produced off shore, so they can be a very cost effective option but do take longer for delivery, and may require a minimum order.
• How long will an indent or custom manufactured order take to complete? 
With indent orders you will need to allow about 10 – 12 weeks once you have signed off on the final proof, this allowance is for manufacture and for shipping. It can be well worth the wait because you can have something that is completely unique and just the way you want it.
• How can I pay?
You can pay by Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, or even BPAY
• Can I see a sample of the product?
We can provide samples which can help you to make your selection, to get the perfect item for you. Samples will generally not be branded with your logo, but we can provide you with a virtual sample with your logo on the product.
